We have a product ready to pilot. Here is who we want to work with.
CGRC AI is ready to pilot, and here is who we want to try it first.
If you are responsible for risk, quality, safety or compliance, you probably know this feeling. Incidents are recorded in one place. Policies are kept in another. Audit actions live in a spreadsheet that someone last updated in the spring. Then a regulator, a funder or your board asks you to show that things are under control, and you spend days pulling the evidence together by hand.
None of this is anyone’s fault. Most organisations grew into it, one spreadsheet at a time. But it costs real time, and it leaves you worried about what you might have missed.
CGRC AI was built by people who do this work, to cut that work down. It brings an organisation’s risk, quality, safety, policy and compliance work into one system, with a trustworthy record of everything that happens. Built-in AI helps your team write up and review what happened, and people always stay in control. It works in English, French, Spanish and Arabic.
We are looking for a small number of organisations to trial it for real, and this is a paid pilot. It is not a free trial. The pilot lasts 90 days, and at the end your organisation decides whether to take CGRC AI on.
Why the CGRC AI pilot is paid
We chose to charge for the pilot on purpose, and we think it works in your favour.
A paid pilot means we work only with organisations that are serious about changing how they manage this work. Each partner gets proper attention, with a supported trial and direct access to the team rather than a help desk queue. You also get a real say in what we build next, because your feedback will shape the product.
Pilot partners who go ahead are offered a discount on a two-year or three-year agreement. Pricing and terms are agreed with each partner in conversation, so they fit your size and your needs. Places are limited because we want to look after every partner properly.
Who we want to work with
We would like to hear from you if you own risk, quality, governance or compliance and you are tired of spreadsheets and scattered records. You do not need a large team. You need a real problem and a willingness to try something different.
Good fits include:
- Health and social care providers and clinics
- Independent healthcare organisations
- Charities and NGOs with grants and safeguarding duties
- Research and life sciences organisations
These are places where being able to show what happened, what you did about it and who decided is not optional. We are talking to organisations in the UK, Europe, the Gulf and beyond.
What to expect from an early product
This is an early product, and we would rather say so plainly than oversell it. It will not do everything you might want yet. Pilot partners will help shape what comes next. Expect regular conversations, honest feedback in both directions and a product that changes in response to what you tell us.
CGRC AI helps organisations manage their own compliance. It does not make an organisation compliant, and it does not replace your own judgement or your advisers. We are not claiming any certifications, and we have no public case studies yet. That is exactly why we want to work closely with a few organisations and learn alongside them.
If you want to know more, we share the detail in a private demo for serious partners.
You can read how the pilot works, and what CGRC AI does at each step of report, investigate, act and prove, at cgrcai.com/pilot-partner.
To talk about a pilot, email info@cognitoconsultants.com or visit cognitoconsultants.com. Tell us a little about your organisation and what you are trying to fix. We will get back to you and work out together whether a pilot makes sense.
